I’m On Fire

Film carries a special kind of weight for me: the care for each dedicated step in creating a developed roll; the frequent tug of my camera in my bag, ready for any scenic moment; the way I use it so often to convey the passion and love I have for friendships and experiences that I find hard to voice.

And at the end of the day, I’m the one with all the exposures and all the copies. I am the one caring for all the memories even as they fade over the years or dissolve into the past.

Here is the process of change. Something I’ve never explored visually like this before.

”For real change to take place, the body needs to learn that the danger has passed and to live in the reality of the present.” - The Body Keeps The Score

’You’ve got a bad desire.
I can take you higher.
Oh, I’m on fire.’

I’m On Fire, Pt. 2

There is an inability to look back anymore in order to move forward.

Accepting it all as it was. But leaving it there.
